FAQ

The answers to your questions!

How are your puppies raised?
All of our puppies are raised in our home as part of the family — because they are! They’re loved on daily, well-socialized with adults and children, and grow up in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.
Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?
Yes! Every puppy is vet-checked, cleared, and comes with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming. We’re focused on health and quality — and we’re proud to stand behind the puppies we raise.
Are your puppies registered?
Yes, all of our puppies are AKC registered. Registration paperwork is provided in each puppy’s take-home pack, along with other helpful items.
Can I visit before choosing a puppy?
While we don’t offer in-home visits, we stay in close contact with families through photos, videos, and even FaceTime calls to help you choose the right puppy with confidence.
How do I reserve a puppy?
Puppies are typically available for reservation around 4 weeks of age. To reserve one, a non-refundable deposit is required. Just click our Contact Us page or give us a call to start the process — we’re happy to walk you through everything!
When can I bring my puppy home?
Puppies go home around 8 weeks of age, after they’ve had their wellness exam, are eating well on their own, and are ready to make the transition to their new families.
What’s included with my puppy?
Each puppy goes home with a puppy pack that includes a blanket with familiar scents, a few days of food for transition, a toy, AKC registration paperwork, and vet records.
Will I receive updates before pickup?
Yes! We provide regular updates including pictures, videos, and check-ins so you can watch your puppy grow and feel connected every step of the way.
